Fuel Prices Cut, Farmers Say 'Not Enough'

The central government has announced a reduction of excise duty on petrol and diesel by Rs 5 and Rs 10 respectively aiming to provide relief to people reeling under the impact of spiralling fuel prices but farmers, like, Hazoora Singh, complain that the price cut is not enough.
