"No Powers of Punjab Police Have Been Taken Away": BJP's Satya Pal Jain

"Till now, if a Pakistan smuggler crossed over 15 kms into (India's) border, BSF couldn't do anything. Now they can arrest him, but trial will still be done by Punjab police," says Satya Pal Jain, member of the BJP's National Executive Committee, on the centre's move to expand BSF's reach.
