Is COVID-19 Now Endemic In India?

WHO Chief Scientist Dr Soumya Swaminathan has said that "India seems to be entering some stage of endemic." However, it doesn't mean the "end" of the pandemic. On the contrary, it means something that does not end, or, in this case, a disease or an outbreak that is difficult to get rid off, but something we can live with.
