Haryana's Karnal Bans Large Gatherings Ahead Of Farmers' Meet

Prohibitory orders banning large gatherings have been imposed in Haryana's Karnal, where farmers have planned another mega gathering on Tuesday. There is tension in the area, the site of the August 28 violence which has enraged the farmers.
