"Didn't Just Want To Sit On Benches": Babul Supriyo After Joining Trinamool

Former Union Minister Babul Supriyo joins the Trinamool Congress days after he ruled out joining another party after leaving the BJP, says he was disillusioned and didn't want to sit on the benches. "Wanted to be in a team where I was in the playing eleven," Mr Supriyo tells NDTV. Babul Supriyo did not find a place in the Narendra Modi government's new cabinet during the reshuffle.
