An RT-PCR test is a must for those who have started travelling again. Would it be possible in the future to associate, or would it be necessary to associate CoWIN with an RT-PCR test? Dr R S Sharma, CEO of National Health Authority and chairperson of the empowered committee for administration of Covid-19 vaccine, tells NDTV, "We are working with ICMR and have developed a system, soon RT-PCR test certificates will be available on CoWIN."
