Kanwar Yatra: Uttarakhand Cancels It. Will The Destination Change Now?

The Uttarakhand government has cancelled the Kanwar Yatra this year due to COVID-19, but the Uttar Pradesh government has allowed it. The favoured destination for the Kanwariyas could now be Garkmuktestwar, some 90 km from Delhi. Akshay Dongare reports.
