Crocodile Rescued By Forest Officials In West Bengal

A female crocodile was rescued from a pond in a village in Patharpratima area of North 24 Parganas in West Bengal on May 28. Scores of people gathered to witness the rescue operation. The reptile was later released in Lothian Island Wildlife Sanctuary. (Credit: ANI)
