98 per cent of the country's population is still vulnerable to coronavirus, said top Union Health Ministry official Luv Agarwal. Even though the daily vaccination could be up, the shortage of doses is impacting India's vaccination drive. State after state has stopped vaccinations with people struggling to book slots. Telangana, meanwhile, has had no vaccines for the fourth consecutive day.
