'Chai Pe Charcha' With Voters In Assam

In Assam, the three-phased state elections begin tomorrow; voting will be held in 47 constituencies in upper Assam dotted by several large tea gardens. In the past, whoever has done well in upper Assam has gone on to form the government in the state. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury met voters in Upper Assam's Jorhat for a "CHARCHA" (discussion) over a cup of tea.
