Puducherry's NR Congress-Led Opposition Yet To Stake Claim

Puducherry appears to be heading for President's Rule as the opposition has not yet staked claim to form a government following the collapse of the Congress's V Narayanasamy government. Assembly polls are due in May, a notification for which is expected in a few days.
