Left-Congress Seat Sharing: 3rd Round Of Talks In Kolkata

In West Bengal, Left parties and the Congress ,which have decided to fight the state elections jointly, will meet in Kolkata today to finalise who is fighting how many and which seats. This is the third seat sharing meeting between the allies and could be the final one. Of 294 Assembly seats in the state, the two parties have finalised seat sharing for 193. According to sources, the Congress will contest 92 seats and the Left will fight 101 .
