Makar Sankranti is being celebrated across the country and in West Bengal, the famous pithey is a delicacy that is prepared in a manner traditional on this day. One of West Bengal's famous sweet producers, Balaram Mullick, is preparing 16 varieties of this traditional dish to celebrate Makar Sankranti.
