"Phones Seized, Not Allowed To Come Out": Hathras Victim's Relative

A family member of the Hathras gang rape victim has alleged they are being stopped from speaking to media as the administration has imposed a ban on large gatherings in their village. A minor from the victim's family was sent to reach out to the media. The minor said they were asked to switch off their mobiles and some mobiles were being taken from them.
