Film Budgets Will Increase: Hansal Mehta

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta welcomed the government's decision to allow shoots with SOPs. In an interview with Rohit Khilnani, he said he would like some more clarity on how to shoot and also said that these SOPs will increase the budgets of films.
