Tamil Nadu Relief Commissioner On Coronavirus Spike, Challenges

With Tamil Nadu seeing a new spike of at least a thousand coronavirus cases every day over the last six days, and Chennai accounting for a bulk, the special nodal officer Radhakrishnan attributed this to more testing. He says with more testing, the numbers would rise before flattening. Talking about the strategy and challenges, he denies there is a shortage of beds, but says it requires streamlining.
