Sensex, Nifty Fall Over 2% Tracking Global Markets

Domestic stock markets started Thursday's session on a lower note amid weakness in global markets. Benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 fell more than 2 per cent each before recovering some of those losses in the first hour of trade, a day after the Finance Minister gave the first tranche of details on the government's "Atma Nirbhar Bharat" package to fight the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic.
