Clashes In Northeast Delhi, UP's Aligarh During Citizenship Law Protests

Violent clashes broke out this evening between police and anti-citizenship law protesters in UP's Aligarh. The clashes took place after police denied protesters permission to erect tents - as relief from the weather - at the city's Delhi Gate area, where a nearly month-long protest against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act, or CAA, has been taking place.
