Governor's Deadline For NCP, Severe Pollution In North India And Other Top Stories This Morning

Maharashtra Governor has now invited Sharad Pawar's NCP for government formation in the state after the Shiv Sena failed to meet the deadline on Monday. A 30-year-old woman riding a scooter in Coimbatore was seriously injured after she tried to avoid an AIADMK flagpole on roadside and was hit by a truck. In several parts of north India, air pollution levels have again shot up to "severe" category amid a rise in stubble burning cases.
